  I've been in and out of gyms most of my adult life. Once I hit my fifties, my weight started ballooning up, and I topped out at 198, when my ideal is closer to 170. I started working out with Scott at KAI Fitness in December 2013. Based on Scott's dietary recommendations, I made some changes in that area as well. By the end of March 2014, my weight was down to 172, and my body fat percentage had dropped from 26% down to 17%. I now feel like I did when I was in my 30's.
  Scott knows the human body, and builds workout plans based on your current physical condition and fitness level. Scott is also a Chiropractor, so he knows how we are built, and knows how to build a routine that will not cause any damage. Trust Scott, and he will get you to your fitness goals.
