  After a very frustrating series of experiences with my last provider, Drake Dean Insurance restored my confidence in the personal touch that the digital world has all but extinguished. I was with my last provider for 40 years and tired of the "SOP" dialogues when I spoke with them. When someone is reading from a script to answer me, I'm GONE ! My last Agent on three occasions did not return my calls but simply flipped me to his Staff when I requested a personal follow-up. Without revealing my last Agent or Insurer, let's just agree that some of these long tenured Agents are mentally fat and lazy. Drake Dean was appropriately aggressive on my behalf, professionally versed in all the critical aspects and I walked out of her presence with a RATE that told me I should have found her much earlier. I'm an old fashioned loyalist in business and after receiving my new rate from Dean Drake, I confess my loyalty was not being reciprocated in any meaningful way. Forty years of loyalty to Company X and NO benefits for such a tenure. PERIOD. Things have changed. Go to Dean Drake. Respectfully submitted.
